Modulflow Industrial Fan Systems

Moduflow specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of bespoke industrial fans and extraction fans to suit a range of industrial, commercial and residential applications.

Our trained team will assess your industrial fan needs and propose a solution to suit your requirements and budget. We will assess your premises, the type of material you wish to extract and how the fan will be located, i.e. roof mounted, wall mounted or ducting.

We have specialist industrial fans for specific applications to work at temperature, low noise, energy efficient or harsh environments.

Industrial Fan Design Experts

Modulow Fan Systems’ Managing Director, Ron Whitworth has been involved with the design and manufacture of industrial fans and air flow systems since 1979. The company do not employ sales people with limited knowledge of industrial fan systems which means every enquiry is dealt with by Ron or an experienced fan engineer.

Moduflow are happy to work with companies, architects, building contractors and local councils to design a fan or air movement system to meet their requirements and have recently designed industrial fan systems for industrial, residential, commercial and the defence industry.

Quality Industrial Fan Components

Not every component is made on site at Moduflow, we also use hand-picked partners to supply high quality fan components. Ziehl Abegg is a good example of one of our suppliers, Ziehl combine high-end German technology and efficiency to produce the market sectors leading impellers and motors.

Energy Efficient Industrial Fans

The European Union has adopted the ErP Directive, (Energy related Products) to reduce CO2 emissions and combat energy waste. The ErP stipulates minimum requirements for products which has affected the type of industrial fans now used within the commercial and industrial sector.

Industrial fans of all types are affected by the legislation which came into practice in 2013 but is being enforced more strictly since January 2015.

As a smaller designer, manufacturer and supplier of industrial fan systems, we are able to offer a responsive, flexible and personal service to all our customers.

This does not mean that we cannot take on larger projects, as we have the capacity to design complicated systems, manufacture large orders of industrial fans and supply to anywhere in the UK and beyond.
